Bengals, Colts, Redskins, Vikings.......RIP Done, gone, dont talk about them.

What are your predictions for the rest of the run.

GB VS SF Tough one. I'll go with what ever coach that can beat his ego. This could be the back slap game. Who ever wins this game would be great to see play SEA. Who ever wins 10-14 pts over the other, flip a coin. Feeling SF. So be it.

SEA VS ATL Tough. Still dont trust Ryan in the playoffs. SEA advances. Close game 3-5 pts.

HOU VS NE NE only lost four games by eleven points all year. NE dominates this game. Biggest win of the week. 16-20 pts.

BAL VS DEN Denver is the more well rounded team. The Lewis factor will not help this week. Close game. 7pts.

Atlanta has looked good against fair to bad defenses but Seattle's D is in another class.

Houston gets exposed for what they are, a decent team a few players away from being elite.

I liked the Ravens at home against just about anyone but at Denver? Nope.

ATL 38 - SEA 24 ATL has had a week to get healthy, Ryan throws the laces off the ball.

Pack 27 - SF 21 GB wins due to playing a 1st round game and getting all their cylinders firing together.

NE 41 - HOU 27 Tom Brady.

DEN 31 - BAL 21 Peyton Manning.

SF eats the Packers for lunch. GB defense won't know how to stop Kabernick (sp?) and all the options he brings to the table. SF actually has good WR's so they can't stack the box like they did against the Vikings. SF has a great defense as well. SF 35 GB 24

Atlanta has something to prove, so I hope they do and take the Seahawks down. Think this will be a close game. ATL 28 SEA 24

Denver will destroy the Ravens. Manning is on fire. Team is hitting on all cylinders and will roll. DEN 38 BAL 17

And the laugh of the week will be NE and Houston. Everyone knows that Brady and crew hit another gear when playoffs roll around. NE all the way in this one. NE 42 HOU 14

New England wins big against the Texans.

Denver wins easily against the Ravens.

San Francisco beats the Packers.

Seattle beats the Falcons on their way to a Super Bowl Victory over the Broncos.

I agree with these predictions. I think GB has a good chance to eek out a win in SF. Not sure if they can take on the Sea CHicks right now , that would be the game I'd like to watch...

      Last month I went searching online for a trailer jack with pneumatic tires. Instead I found the video below showing a relatively quick and easy upgrade to your existing jack:     It's worked pretty well. I definitely had to mess around with finding the right combination of spacers, washers, and locknut pressure that wouldn't bind up the wheels. However, it is a pretty sweet setup and allows me much better control. We live at the end of a half-alley. My garage faces the end so when I need to hook my boat up to the truck, I have to pull it out into my driveway and then swivel it 180 degrees to face towards the street. The handle is what really makes the difference and now the trailer jack wheels don't slide on the asphalt. Has anyone else done this conversion?

      I've got a pile of crawlers ready to go - a nice side benefit of all the rain in the metro lately.   At the very least, I hope that the remaining trappers are making some better money off of the higher prices. I would think that it would be a great way for local kids to make some cash. I can see why it wouldn't make for a great way to make a living as an adult.

      Went out yesterday with the sunshine. I did find crappies in the shallows on a darker stained lake with Temps at 58 degrees. They had no interest in my baits

      That's part of it.  Several recent years of drought have definitely played a role.   There's other factors too.  MN does not allow importation of live bait from other states either.  That really affects the amount of golden shiners available, most of which are not trapped here.  In other words, demand exceeds supply.   Lots of bait trappers and dealers have simply hung it up in recent years.  Its hard work for not much money.  The two nearest me are both done as of last October.  They both told me its just not worth it anymore.  One of them had been there for 45 years.   My advice would be to learn how to effectively fish with artificial lures more often.  I've slowly weened myself off the use of live bait nowadays.

      Water Temps 48-52. I tried for crappies and caught two walleye. I can't even crappie fish. 1/32 ounce jig and a tiny minnow
