Hunter lee, how high can you climb with those lw climbing sticks? 3 or 4?

I was looking into the alpha with the lw sticks and even if i bought 4 sticks i could get plenty high and have a total weight of 24.5 lbs,

and i watched a video and was really inpressed with how the stand and sticks intertwine in each other.

but jeez 350 bucks makes me choke on my morning coffee.

how comfy is the seat?

This is my first year hunting out of a Lone Wolf (climber), I have to say it was worth the money for me. It all depends on how serious you are, for me having a quiet setup and something easy to pack in is very very important and it was worth every penny. I wouldn't call my old climber garbage (summit) but its just not on the same level as my lone wolf. I will say the comfort level might not be the greatest (especially for an all day sit) but I sacrifice a little comfort for some other advantages I find more important.

Some day I plan on getting a lone wolf hang on with sticks but its not in the budget yet so I will have to wait. The $$$ can be a little scary but like someone else said, a lot of times you buy the cheap one first and then upgrade later, why not just get the good stuff right away. Again it all depends on how serious you are and if the investment is worth it to you in the long run.
