I mainly fish the north and west sides and have caught pike and the occasional muskie in many places. Weeds are great for pike of course, although we've caught several on shallow rocks where the pike were in there pounding on the smaller fish that were in there pounding on the baitfish. There's lots of places where you can find weeds and rocks mixed together.

I never target pike up there but BIG stickbaits like husky-jerk-baits and smithwick rogues will do the trick when trolling at night.

Smaller musky cranks are great, you will get big pike and ski's along with an occasional walleye or even smallie. West and south are best for pike.

Can be lights out.

Troll Super Shad Raps or #18 Floaters.

The New Max Raps look good too.

Cast Glidin Raps around weeds and rocks.

Big Cranks are the way to go.

The fish really key on bigger meals in the fall.
