slip bobbering Mille Lacs

Just curious how the bobbering is going on Mille Lacs. Heard a lot about long lining (lead line) but not so much on the bobbering. Thinking about heading over this weekend since the weather looks to be decent. Any information would be great and if you don't feel like posting on here feel free to email me.

ES, if you want to try corking...hit the Eastside gravel/ rock piles...picked some up last Saturday using leeches. Started out in 26 feet around 7pm and moved into 10-12 feet around 9-10pm, Best bite was around 9pm.

During the day, leadcore is the ticket.

Thanks for the response. Not real familiar with the east side of the lake. Just looking at a map it says gravel on some of the spots. Is most of the east side gravel or a mix of mud and gravel? Any other information on the east side would be great since this body of water can be intimadating to learn. How about a boat landing that would be good on that side? Best off out of Isle? Gotta love this site. Should hand out a slip of paper with the web site on it when people buy their fishing license.
