North Arm Smallies?

I will be heading up to camp narrows a week from friday. Does anyone have reports on the smallmouth fishing? Heard various reports ranging from top water to deep structure.

I also hope the little cold front starts the crappies schooling up!

I wish I could give you a report. We'll be passing each other somewhere as I will be up there starting Saturday the 4th and staying through the 12th.

I've been up there in previous visits basically the same time frame as you and generally it's still a little early for the crappie. But weather being weather, you never know.

If you see a black Alumacraft 165cs, give a wave.

I spoke with a couple of peolpe who live up in NW Bay but they said they haven't fished for bass in a while. Mostly no time.
