when I open the dog services page there is no new topic tab at the bottom of the page. do you have to do something other then be logged in to be able to post in there.

i might be wrong i thought you had to pay to post in the section???? Maybe thats just the service one maybe im wrong.

thats fine im willing to pay but there is no tab that i can see to even start the process.

Go to the TOP of the page and there is a tab to 'post a new topic' & 'How to place an ad, click here'.

Click that and it will walk you through it.

You have to be logged in under your name not as a guest

I am logged in under my name and there is no post a new topic or how to place an ad tab only forum options and a hop to tab at the top of the page. I'm i just a guest if that is all i'm seeing.
