Finally bought a GPS/Locator looking to purchase a chip just looking for the best one? Which one of these 2 are the best it looks like the Navionics North has more info.

The best one is the one which has the most lakes that you fish in high definition. Figure out which lakes are important to you and check the lists of lakes for each chip to figure out which one matches up better with your lakes.

Lakemaster works best in a hand held unit, assuming your set of lake are on the chip.

As Perchie says. Look at what lakes are listed.. For me its a no brainer.. I fish WI quite a bit. The Nav chip has both MN and WI on it.
