Bullhead bite

Does anyone know of a bullhead bite in the Hutch area? We're looking for the 8-11" 'heads. Jennie was the 'go-to' in years past, but lately it just hasn't happened. Any help?? Phred52

You can always try Washington. I have caught more than enough in that lake.

Swan lake northwest of Silver Lake.I had good luck there in past years.

I second the Washington idea. Late summer at sundown you can catch all you want right from the dock on the north side of the lake.

My son caught a 2-3#er last weekend on Washington. So they are biting, in fact they always are on that lake.

ive caught some nice ones on cedar in past years during the early spring. i havent went this spring yet

I'd throw out a Washington vote as well, we spent alot of time after dark siting on the dock catching huge bullies. Right around Memorial day was the first time we did that so now might be a touch early but who knows.

Phred, we didn't find any bullies but found a few eyes and a few norts. Not fast and furious but enough for a meal.
