LX5 Trouble?

How many peolpe have lost there transducer and what were the symptoms? Mine on Saturday started to act like it was getting interferance, then I went to the NBT and it cleared up for about 2 hrs and then did it in NBT and about 10 minutes later nothing. Just the redline at the top of the screen and bottom when in split screen. Battery was fully charged and nobody was within 200 yds of me.

One of mine did that and started buzzing it was the head. They had it replaced in a few days no problem. Sent me a new head and paid postage to return the old one.

Send it in but before you do make sure your battery is good and fully charged and the connections are solid. My LX-5 had some weak connectors but after I pinched them down some they stayed tight and were fine.

Yep, did all of that. I sent there customer service an email yesterday, if they don't respond this morning I will call them.

Mine did the exact same thing. Brought it up there and within 5 minutes was given a new head unit and battery, and I was out of warranty. Very happy with their customer service.

They told me to send it in. I have had it a little over a year, don't remember how long the warranty is. I will have to see what the out come is.
