Gas prices

I was looking at gas prices last year at this time vs this year, wondering where they may go. So I pulled this graph. We were at about 3.25/gal last year at this time. Hopefully they won't drive it too high this year. I think the economy will keep things in check...I hope!

If my business could have the same sales as last year I would gladly pay the higher gas price again.

My prediction is that by Memorial Day it will be closer to $3.00 a gallon than $2.

My prediction is that the prices will stay pretty steady. Perhaps go up to low 2 dollar range. Maybe that is just a wish...

pace man i hope your right. if they get as high as they did last summer im going to sit down and cry. that sucked so bad it costed a ton just to go somewhere

I dont think we ll hit the $3 mark for a while, unless something drastically changes with the economy.

we're going to see another spike and crash, though neither will be as drastic as what we saw this past year.

One of the news channels just had a report on that a few days ago and AAA is projecting gasoline prices shouldn't go much over $2.50, lets just hope thats the way it will play out

Gas prices always go up for the summer driving season. The will get to $.00+ again in the future. It won't be for a year or 2.

I think alot of what happen to the gas prices last year, was those that buy the oil speculated that it would go high and thus drove the price up. Hopefully they will not go crazy this year, last year being an election year did not help. The publis got the short end of the deal, and still are.

Wow Charley that prediction made my day! Although very unlikey it will ever go that low! Jk bud, but I'm 17 and fish alot of tourneys during summer and when working 6days a week at $8.75 an hour barely get you to the next landing it really adds the spirit of competition to winning one! A kid having nightmares about gas going up, you know things are getting pretty bad. I pray it wont go above even $3 though I'm sure it will
