Do they still have the sucker round up  for 5.00 a bucket

I think that they only sell suckers as they get caught in the DNR traps for walleye egg harvesting. Since they aren't harvesting eggs this year, I don't think that there will be any suckers to sell.

There was an announcement from the Vermilion Lake Association that the Sucker Sale was canceled.

2020 Sucker Sale Information for Buyers

Location: DNR’s Pike River Hatchery, 9380 Angus Road, Tower MN

 

There will be no sucker sale in 2020. Due to the coronavirus, the DNR’s Pike River hatchery operation will be delayed. By the time the walleye egg-take happens, the sucker spawn will be complete, and no suckers will be available.
