Looking for older Depth Finders

Camp Bob

Confidence Learning Center, Brainerd MN, is an outdoor education facility for persons with developmental disabilities. We are seeking donations of simple depth finders to put on our 3 pontoon boats. The cheap and simple models would be perfect as long as they show depth. If you have one to donate, please e-mail [email protected].

I want to thank everyone who responded with donations of depth finders. Ended up with enough to put on 3 pontoon boats, a fishing boat and a 35ft galss bottom boat!

Now I'm looking for a donation of a GPS unit that we can mount on our Glass bottom boat. This is a really cool boat as it allows us to show our campers with disabilities the underwater world. We have some key structure and points on the lake that are sometimes hard to pinpoint and difficult to get the boat directly over it so everyone can see. An older GPS that may not have much value anymore would probably be plenty sufficient. A handheld won't work and it will need the external antenae module.

I'm asking on behalf of Camp Confidence and more importantly our thousands of campers with disabilities. Anyone feeling generous?

I have a teacher at school that works there in the summer time there. Do you know a Mike Zeman?

Yep, I know MIke, I'll bet he's a good teacher, kind of goofey, but a good teacher. We will miss him this summer as he's staying down in the cities. Tell him Bob Says Hi.
