Little mirage action on Upper Red Lake

Hillmans super straight road was crooked and going uphill for a few minutes.

As cool as the mirages are it is to bad about Foster, we had a mirage of a Miller truck parked next to a gentlemans club...last we seen of him was the back of his plow truck and flume trying to get to that Miller truck on the horizon like a dying man seeking water in the desert.

Those are great pics!!

I've seen that happen a couple of times up there and it is really trippy. From Rogers, you could watch a semi driving on the east side of the lake going through Waskish. Crazy thing is you were looking at sort of the top of the semi and an aerial view of the highway.

As for how it happens it a mirage from air temp conditions and ligh conditions. Google "mirage" and you will have all sorts of answers.
