Pokegama Fishing Reports (Pine City)

Thanks for the info. Going to give it a try this weekend. What general direction from the island have you been or seen most fishing. I usually fish a little north and west of it in around 15 fow.

Was out on Saturday very slow, Ice was 12-15 inches every where we drilled holes, few full size trucks and many pull behinds on the lake. Should gain 3-5 inches during the week with the temps the next 3-5 days.

I passed by pokegama on the way to another lake on saturday. Got skunked on that lake. The whole way home we thought about how different the day could have gone if we would've pulled onto pokie.

fished last friday, all day, multiple spots, not much to show for our efforts. Most people were moving around so Im assuming it was slow for everyone. Ice was around 14". Lots of vehicle traffic, very little snow on the ice.

Many 1/2 tons on the lake last weekend. No problem getting around for me. I kept truck close to well traveled paths.Bite was a little slow.

Does anyone know where on Snake/Cross/Pokegama the walleyes and panfish are this time of year? My friend has some land up there and we are wondering where they might be right now and in the near future. Any info is helpful, marked maps and pointers especially
