2 posts in this topic

6 of us leaving Thursday early a.m. for the yearly adventure and we cant wait. We have always had good luck and great times. Was just wondering how the fishing has been.. I have had a few friends up this year and have had mixed results. We are fishing out of a day house on Thursday on Zipple Bay and then Fri and Sat at Arnesens.. Just wondering what has been working for everyone.. Thanks for the info....

Fishing was good last weekend, but you probley already read that. Saugers and small Walleye all day long, Walleye's in the shallows before dark. Off road travel wasn't to bad, lot of places to bounce off the plowed roads if you decide to get portable at all. Saturday the fishing was slow with the high sun and no wind. A lot of people were out and about so we headed deep and did quite well with Jumbos and larger Saugers. Good luck to ya! grin.gif

I am definitely in! My boss also gave me permission to start looking at jet boats this spring. We have to get rid of a 3rd car first but I do believe a Lowe 1760 pathfinder with a 115/80 will also be in my future!

Eskimo cs is top notch. I have had 2 different pop-ups and have a 949i now and love it. Wasn't overly impressed with the flip over pop-up at Cabela's though. It seemed to have less room out in front of you than the other flip over from clam and otter.
