I just returned from a coworkers property on the mighty minnesota upstream from the jordan bridge a ways he owns about a 300 yard stretch on the minnesota which is pretty much featurless exccept for 1 or 2 good sized snags jsut upsream the river hooks and makes an nice bend adn just downstream does teh same thing, am rather new to the river adn was wondering if these bends would be a good place to start with a slipsinker rig complete with a chub or sometine there is also a small creek that enters tejh river just upstream of his land would this be a good place to try as well any tips would be appreciated thanks much

a couple snags and a creek mouth? Sounds like prime fishing area to me. Are the snags located close to any deeper water? Probably quite a variety of species in those areas too, especially the creek mouth.
