Ethel Beach Resturant?

Anyone heard if ethel beach resturant is opening this summer.. I heard a rumor that it was.... anyone have any idea???? The all you can eat broasted chicken was awesome and pretty easy on the pocket change.. shoot me a reply..

That would be welcome news! How long has it been? Some Ethel Beach onion rings ("Ya know hon, you really only want a half order...") followed by their chicken and ribs -- always the best reason in the county for stocking up on some Pepcid Complete, but oh, so worth it.

Onion Rings are the real deal, ribs aren't bad there either

Great food!!! wish they'd open up again... the place was always busy.. I don't see how they lost money or anything like that...

Can you guys that know ethal tell me if there is a way to get on that little lake across the road from ethel any more fished that when I was a kid and had a blast, we could fish right off the road back then

Ya its call hanson lake i think..a neat little lake, gets very deep very fast, some giants in there. The lake is all privately owned so its hard to come by access to it.

THX ya I think that is the name I caught my first LGMouth under the big old cottonwood by the road there when I was 7 it weighed 5.5lbs caught on a grub worm and cane pole, fishing bullheads!

So, does anyone know if they're open this year? Sadly, I've missed it in my travels to Battle Lake, I think it would be worth checking out!

Their resort is going strong, but unfortunately the restaurant is not open. I'd be the first one over there to have some of Sparky's buffalo wings and bleu cheese dressing.
