Strikemaster Tip!

jltimm

Question

I just got back from Big Lake and wanted to pass on a tip I received while I was there getting my recoil fixed.(For free of course because they have the BEST customer service I've ever seen)They told me to shut off my Lazer with the yeller decompression button.Reason being that it will stop the auger recoil from "clanking" when you just use the on/off switch, and not cause a possible cracking of the little plastic recoil thingy that catches the flywheel inside.

That makes good sense. Thanks for the tip.

I was there today as well. I needed a piece for my throttle. I showed the gentleman the piece I needed and he immediately went to the back and grabbed me a replacement for free. He offered to put it on too. It was an easy fix so I declined, but what a great service they offer there in Big Lake.

I always read about their nice people here on FM. I never really needed to go there for anything before today. I have no more problems driving nearly an hour for their service.

I went there today with a problem: had the 9" triple bladed ultra that I always had problems with. I told the guy at the customer service center my issue, he replied by giving me a new 9" drill with 3 sets of blades for free. Not 1 question asked!
