New to Shakopee area Help!!!!

Finally got moved to Shakopee from South Dakota. Looking for some lakes to catch some fish on. Not familiar with any of the lakes so any info where to go on the lake would be helpful. Taking the kids with so it doesn't matter what species of fish. Just need to keep the kids busy...... Can email me at [email protected] if needed with any info. Thanks for any help

Try Odowd. only a few miles south of you and full of sunfish, bullheads, hamerhandles, and largemouth bass, every once in a while a lunker gets caught, but mostly numbers of small to medium sized providing lots of action.
