I was up over opener, returned Monday night.
28 eyes (19-25)
1 slot (16.5)
The fishing was pretty decent. I didn't get out Sunday as it was blowing and I had some work that needed to get done anyway.
I fished the east side from Hunters to Malmo sand. In the rocks I had my best bite right at sunup and sundown on a plain red hook bobber fishing in 5-12 ft. I drifted / pulled plain lindys during the the day in the sand with a 6-8 ft snell. This is where I got my one and only slot. Good luck, I think the fishing will improve with water temp rise. The temp last weekend was 45-46.
