I know this is out o' season but figured I'd start doing my research... When storing my boat I drove off w/o unhooking the breakaway cable break actuator. I got home w/ s hook & cable dangling from truck. Brakes are not locked up so I'm not really sure how/what this system operates/does. Anybody do this before? Is the fix something I can tackle? Thanks.
