Pleasent Lake

I've seen guys fishing Pleasent the last 2 evenings. Does anyone know how much ice is out there?

Bobberboy - you don't know of any other Annandale lakes that are frozen over? I know Sylvia isn't, but that's no surprise. I've heard that some bays on Clearwater have 4 to 6 inches.

Clearwater has Ice all the way across from what I seen. I drive around it all day long and I see no open water. Eastside looks a little chunky around shore but froze still. I don't know how much Ice is out there though since I do not go out on Ice til Brother calls me and tells me 12 inches or more. He swims better then me...lol

the date is x-mas eve. and I am getting ready for my fish house to be put out on the ice. I am gessing about 6in of ice. justin

ok I lied. it is dec, 27 2004. I went out today and there was about 10" of ice. I saw a few pick ups out there.

I have been fishing Pleasant this past weekend and the ice is about 16 to 18 inches thick. I have been hitting crappies between 8 to 10 inches in length and have caught a northern and my brother caught about a 3 to 4 pound LM bass. The best times are between early morning and 6 to 8 p.m. I found a 15 foot hole that seems to be productive but am aiming at going deeper to see if I can enlarge the size of my catch and stop all the catch and release that I have been doing..
