I took the snowmobile down to the landing last Friday after all the snow and saw a couple rigs parked there. Looked to be fresh ATV tracks and footprints going out. Didn't investigate any further though. Might have to get out there this weekend with a spud and check some ice.

Any update on Plantan yet, I will be out there Thursday.

A buddy of mine put his house out last night. Didn't fish, just set the house. He said 16" everywhere he went...everyone was driving out. Good luck! Let us know how it goes. I haven't fished Plantan in the winter...may have to give it a try this year.

Put my house out there this last week. Good driving ice everywhere I checked, but I did hit a few bad slush pockets with all this snow on the ice. Hopefully some of that will freeze up with these cold temps. I found some nice perch action throughout 20-26 feet. Then the eyes moved in to about 20 feet after dark. Lots of lookers - not many biters.

Heading back out this efternoon and will give another report.
