ring for 20# lp tank

I know you have all seen them, but are they homemade or can I get one at say a fleet farm or tractor supply? I need it to fit on my tongue of my permanent with the tank sitting inside it. I also want to put a lock through the bottom of the tank attaching to this ring I need to find. I had a tank stolen last year. Thanks, Joe

You might want to try a RV dealer. I picked up a double tank mount there for my house.
