How Much is this Ice House Worth?

6 x 8 homemade ice house on metal trailer frame w/ retractable wheels. Nothing fancy...all new wood construction last year on older frame. 3 windows...4 holes...no attached heater, but easily heated by portable. Wired with lights and 2 rattle reels. I've never bought/sold an ice house so input would be appreciated

I'm contemplating keeping the permanent described in the post or going with a large portable. I would hope to have enough money by selling the permanent to buy a decent portable, a Vexilar and some other extras.

a guy in town is asking 2500 for a 7 by 12 on wheels. this house has a heater, bunks and a cooktop and the whole 9 yards. Another guy is asking 525 for a 4 by 8 ,no wheels, angler, but is more like a spear hours with no windows or extras. i dont know what i would pay for it, depends on what u are asking.

Saw a classified add in the Star Tribune today, 12/7, someone looking for a permanent ice house like the one you are describing for under 3500 I think it was. Might be worth checking into. I will see if i can get the specs from the add and post them later.
