Anyone fishing?

Wondering if anyones been out fishing on any of the areas lakes??or know of any with 4 inches of soild ice..doubt tht though

I drove by Wall Lake and it appeared completely frozen from the highway. Some snow on top, so it must have been iced over for several days since it snowed.

There are small lakes that might have a few inches of ice. I haven't had time to scout yet, but this weekend for sure.

Well i know that silver lake has been frooze over sense...well whatever two mondays ago was..anyone know what the watery looking lines are from in the snow?

there were guys ice fishing in EOT last weekend on small bays on Dead lake near Richville

Thats music to my ears am hoping to get out this weekend on some smaller lakes so if people can keep the ice reports coming that would be great anybody now if there is any ice on Star yet!

went and checked the ice last night and found 3.5 inches on buchanan but we only went out 20-30 yards. rush had just over 5 inches around the edge and 4-4.5 inches about 120 yards out. didnt go any farther because it was dark out but there were tracks in the snow where it looked like two people had pulled portables out.

anyone been over by pelican (by ashby) to see what the ice looks like? i'd like to fish it this weekend, but 3 inches of ice or so would be nice. thanks, fish on!

We hit Pelican yesterday and got a few crappies and gills. The ice was running 3 to 4 inches. There is water running this year from Christina, so be carefull.

Agape - thanks for the info! its good to hear you got a few. were you in the narrows? i plan on fishing the far west side of the lake, which i believe was one of the last parts to freeze, so hopefully there will be enough ice to fish tomorrow night. thanks again for the reply, fish on!

How about Walker lake...anyone know the ice conditions out that way?

Talked to ken at kens tackle when i got my license yesterday he said not much ice on walker but some and no one was fishing it
