Anything happening with the ice up there?

I was up on the East side on friday, just a some floating ice chunks on the main lake but had to bust out about 50 - 60 feet of 1 - 1 1/2 inch thick ice to get out of the Agate Bay harbor.

I drove along the west side on my way home from Crosslake this afternoon. There was crushed ice out to about 25-50 yards and beyond that were whitecaps rolling in. Perhaps the east side fared better.

It doesn't look great for this week. The weather report shows lows in the teens, and highs just above freezing for the week, along with some chance of snow.
