Venison processer?

Before I can clean the ice house I have to get rid of some trimmings. Who is the best in the local area for processing? Sticks, sausage, etc. I know McDonalds in Clear Lake is good but they are not taking trimmings until 12/10.

Dehmers in St Michael is very good. I am picking up my stuff tomorrow.

I dropped off all my trimmings on Nov 13, and I got the call to come and get my stuff last Friday.

Not bad, and some very good stuff.

I too would recommend Dehmer's. I dropped off about 40 lbs of trimmings for sausage and sticks last Thursday and they said it should be done by the end of this week. They are reasonably priced and all of their meats are great. I swing into that place usually once a week to pick up something. I always try to give them my business for their quality of meat and they let me freeze my walleye there last winter for a few days before I dropped it off at the taxidermist. It's especially convenient for me since it's about 2 blocks from my house.

I can't think of the name of the place but it is right off of 55 in Maple Lake. I haven't taken any venison there myself but have tried some jerky and pepper sticks from friends and it was great.

Stephans (sp?) in Albertville is also good. Very quick turnaround. It's right off of 94 behind Pat's 66 gas station.

Thanks Everyone. I had my wife take the trimmings to Dehmer's this past Wednesday. It should be done this week and she was pleased about how they treated her.
