How long can it last?

Can anyone tell me what the water temp is up on the river? What are the chances this open water will last through the weekend with temps in the single digit and highs in the 20's. I'm hoping to head up Friday. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

Water temp was 38-39 degrees. Not much chance there'll be much if any ice by this weekend, or next for that matter. I'm planning on heading over again too.

Just got back from the river, water temp was 38-39. Fishing was great, lots of 17-20 with a handfull of 23-25. Get bait before you go because we had a hard time finding good bait in town.
