Great fish but wondering about your subject title. Down here "slob" is a rather derogatory remark.

"Slob" is an abbreviation for "SLOBASAURUS" a very big fat fish.

You might want to consider changeing your user name, "FINNS"

could be insulting to ENO & TOIVO

Slob comes from Gillespie's show, doesn't it?

And I would also assume that someone who spells FINNS in that way most likely IS Finnish.. so Toivo & Eino won't mind, trust me.

Slob, slobo, slobasrous, all very endiring terms when discribing BIG fish. Could be 'skies, crappies bass etc. Seems like it's been around for a long time, but I can hear John Gillespies' voice shouting out any of these terms when he or his fishing buddies get a big bish. so maybe J.G. is the originator of the term.

So up here in the north land "its a good thing".

Well, when I run into Emil & Reino, I'll tell them you said Hei...

You haven't run into Janne & Vaino lately, have you?

Them's some fat fish on that website... you been feeding them small animals or something?

Lots of fat fish on that site they only get that way by eating lots of white fish & cisco. The one on the first page is probably the heaviest Vermilion muskie that I've seen a photo of.
