elec help please

My truck has 2 different plug ins for trailer lights. Could i use one of these to charge the batteries in my fish house? Does the voltage at the tail lights equal the voltage of the alternator output (14-16 volts)? Thanks if anyone can help me with this

If one of them is a round type (do not know the name) like for 5th wheels, with like 20gu wire there is a red wire that is 12v that would work. or just run a 10gu wire w/fuse at the battery to a plug you can buy at a auto parts store and make a plug to charge your battery.
