Sleeper Houses

I have the privelage of planning our annual ice fishing trip this year and was hoping to get some information about Leech Lake ice fishing. We've been to Mille Lacs the last few years but we'd like to try something different. We'll have 6 guys and we'd like a sleeper house if possible. Any resort suggestions for a 6 person sleeper? Also, what can a guy expect for fishing on Leech in mid-January?

I know it's not Leech Lake area, but if you are interested in trying Ottertail Lake or West Battle Lake, we rent fish houses out. They are not sleepers but we have an 8x8 or 8x14. We rent them by the day, sun up till sun down. Either that or we meet the need of the clients. If you're interested let me know. There is the Otter Supper club that has rooms, bar and grill, all at the same place.

I'm not sure if they have sleeper houses, but i know the is a Thompson rental in Walker that rent houses on Leech.

Thompson sold their sleepers to another guy a year or 2 ago, I think they call them selves walker bay ice house rental or sleepers or somthing like that,theres also rorick fish house rentals, and one or 2 more, I'll try to find the numbers though if you still want em.

Thompsons sold their fishouses to Walker Bay Fish House Rental in Walker, and they are REALLY nice. There is also Walker Rental, and Gary Roerick Fish House Rental out of Laporte. They are all in the phone book.
