Cant wait to get up there and get some of those big slabs and see some of the good people. KELLY P, how's the truck running? Never know when we might need a pull. How's all the I.B.O.T.'s doing? Sad to say but I have not even thought about the plow truck yet. The Soybean harvest has turned into a nightmare. On Oct. 8 we needed 5 dry days to finish. We still need 4 3/4 days now 3 weeks later! Or maybe 10 days now cuz there is water standing everywhere. Days of mist and drizzle broken up by nights of heavy rain. There are going to be a lot of shocked deer hunters when they get here this weekend. For example where Blackshack got his bear there is now 3 feet of water all the way from where we parked to his bait. I keep hoping that someone will shake me and tell me to wake up that it is only a dream/nightmare. The good thing is that the lake will be a lot higher so we shouldn't have to auger through so much ice to get to the water.
