Cheap Butchering

I plan on shooting a few deer this year and I need to find somehwere cheap to butcher them. Anyone know of somewhere between the cities and Nevis that does a good job for cheap??

I have to learn to do this myself!

I don't know who can process your deer, but you MUST get "The care and processing of Game, volume 2" by bill hesselgrave. It is the best video and the most unique & easy way to process a deer you'll ever try. I promise!
