Well I hope everyone had a great summerI. I did find a nice panfish lake up by my cabin this year. Never was skunked for panfish on it. I do want to remind everyone to get their rod case from Stone legacy called the Revolution.I found mine hidden in the closet waiting for Christmas yeah right that baby is getting used as soon as ice. I do suggest ya'll look into it.I work at Gander now and I have not seen a rod case that can top the revolution. well I have to sign off for now we are taking the pontoon off the lake today need to meet my buddies for breakfast. I will check back later. I can't wait for ice to start.

Ice? Not yey, I have been thinking I must invite Matt J over so he can sit in my chest freezer for a spell. Ease the withdrawls. He has it pretty bad. If theres no ice by Thanksgiving it may push him over the edge. I know SCARY. Look for him in your nearest supermarket freezer window!

The hardest thing about the Ice fishing season kicking off is that we usually have to wait a week or more until the ice thickens up enough to walk on, then a few more until we can take a 4-wheeler out, then a month or so until a car, then truck. That down time can drive a guy nuts!

wont be for awhile here. supposed to hit 50s this weekend. they say high mid 30's next week, but they have been saying that for the past 2 weeks, so most likely it'll be 50, so not looking so cold!
