Vinman,

Haven't been on the lake in over 8yrs, but we used to do really well on bass right in front of the resort. (can't remember the name) Also, there used to be some muskies that we would chase around, but am not sure how that population is doing. Mantrap is right across the street and has plenty of those!

Good luck!

I have been going to the resort on Bad Axe for 20 plus years and the type of fish that can be found in the lake are bluegills, crappies, largemouth bass, northern pike, muskies, tiger muskies, perch, and some walleye. The vast majority of fish are small bluegills and perch as you will find out. The lake does hold some nice fish, look to the dock areas around the resort for bass.
