Is there any reports from Big Sand. It sounds like Panviman caught some last week. Panviman what type of bait were you using in 25-30 ft of water?

We were successful trolling and drifting both Lindy Rigs and Jigs tipped with leaches. Minnows were tough to keep alive because of the heat so we didn't use those much. But we did try worms however without much success.

Yes, fish the humps. The fish I caught were deep but they may come in a bit shallower if the weather cools down and you get some cloud cover. You may have to mix it up a bit and employ a little patience but the humps were producing last week.

Rigging guy.........Smallies can usually be found near the rock bars or sand humps in the middle of the lake in about 10--20 feet of water depending on cloud cover and time of day.Just a tad shallower than walleyes and often suspended.........Good fishin......JP Savage
