Haven't been to Minnetonka specifically but O'Dowd in Shakopee and the Prior Lakes are slushy messes right now

  So, I found this sweet Guided Trout ice fishing deal for this weekend. They have a pretty nice setup with food and bar, they provide the rods, bait and gear and take care of your fish for the drive home.
