Curious to hear what others are using or have had success when carrying their ice auger on a snowmobile. Currently my wheeler is in for a rebuild so time to set up the snowgo. As of now my best thought is a digger mounted on the front bumper to give  the auger a smoother ride.

The Digger Is the best I’ve seen if you don’t mind making a few holes in your snowgo.

I’ve seen some people mount an Otter tube on their sleds also, depending on mounting options.  Seems to work pretty well.

I have a rack on the back of mine that I mounted rubber forks on for the auger.  They work alright but posts can bend with increased stress of a heavy auger, hard ride or kicking it hard when getting on and off.

Same here. Added the rubber gun forks on my back rack. Works great, I just loosen them and swing them down when I put my cover on for the ride home on the trailer.
