Looks like that is the date for stay at home to end. The one from fb sounds fake for the 13th

Ye I was pretty wild when I heard that. Listened to his news conference the next day and he explained it. 

 

Had something to do with requiring a 30 notice to do other things.

It will get extended beyond the 3rd at least for restaurants & bars. People have proven they can't be trusted to maintain distance on their own. Sad, but it's the way it is.

Nah, it will be extended.   Wisconsin just extended theirs and Walz isn't going to let some cheesehead beat him.
