House Rental?

Anyone have any recommendations on who to rent from?

I'm looking into a sleeper for a weekend and bringing my girlfriend's son. He is 15 and has never ice fished. I bought him an Avid rod, reel, some tackle, and a night light. So I'd really like him to catch fish, but not the biggest b/c that's my job,,,jk. Anyway, suggestions are certainly welcome.

First Welcome to the site. I've stayed in Hunters Point Resort  houses  a few times and have been very happy with the service I received. Great people with the knowledge of the lake to know whats going on out there. Plus the food bar restauraunt is really nice.

There are lots of great operators, and allot of great options all around the lake.   Brandts,  McQuoids, Appledorns, Hunters Point, Agate Bay, Lybacks, Beachside, Fisherman's Wharf, Twin Pines, Castaways,Hunter Winfield's, Myr Mar, Red Door, and more,

Ask allot of questions, and have an understanding of how you want to fish, and where. How long the houses are in one place, how deep, what kind of bottom, how much ice, etc. Rentals can cost as much as $1,000 for the weekend, or as little as $85 per day, There are lots of variables.

Hope you are able to get the young Man out, and get him into a few fish.  He'll never forget it.  Have fun.
