Fishing spring park and black lake today.  Spent the early morning drop shotting and caught a couple small eyes, a few bass, and two monster gills.  Spent the late morning with spinner baits and lipless cranks over the weeds, very slow with lots of boat traffic.  This guy gave me my only excitement with the moving baits

I wonder what those gashes on that Pike came from? Almost looks like an eagle grabbed it.

My guess was a prop but could be an eagle
