Anyone know of a place in Duluth sells props and let's you test them before you purchase them?

Contact the prop shop.  They may be able to help.

As Jarrid said try the Prop Shop.   Before you ask them you should have the data on your current prop.

Pitch

Diameter

What are your RPMs at wide open throttle.

Recommended RPMs at WOT for your outboard along with Serial # of your outboard.

After you know that,  you/they can make a determination on what prop if any would be an improvement over your current prop.
