Time to go through my ice gear

My wife says I have to many ice rods. I disagree but I did notice 90% of them did not get used this winter again. I use my panfish set ups most the time and of them I use three rods at most. I am thinking it might be time to thin the herd. My brother is interested in a few of my set ups but I would like to ask if any knows of a place excepts donated ice gear. I don't want to see some one make make money off it I want it to help some out who will use it.

Is there a youth fishing event in your area this spring?  Might be a good place volunteer and donate.

 

Otherwise our little town of Randall has a ice fishing day every March  (except this year due to parent concerns during the warm spell) for the 4th and 5th grade kids.  We may be interested in donations for prizes for next spring.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Cloud has an ice fishing event every year. You would make some kids very happy I'm sure.
