Finding a deal on Minn Kota trolling motor

I'm in the market for a new trolling motor and it seems as though most every site/store has the same price for the new Terrova's and Ulterra's.  It appears I can save a few bucks if I were to buy last year's model without the new features, but does anyone have any tips on getting a deal on new models?  Do they ever go on sale in the spring?  Has anyone seen a site-wide % off deal apply to them? (Gander had one recently, but it didn't apply to fishing electronics). If I knew someone with an employee discount somewhere would that work?

Look online too. I got a reman vantage from getfeetwet.com for about 1/2 the cost of new.

Pro Fishing Supply. Low prices, free shipping. I believe they are located in Waconia, but don't really have much of a retail outlet there. Online sales, low overhead.

PFS used to be a sponsor here & I've heard nothing but good things about them. Very competitive pricing. We've had a couple re- conditioned units over the years & had good luck with them. I'm not sure that's a option on what you are looking for as they might not be available in the models you are looking for yet

Yup checked them out, didn't see any deals that were better than anywhere else.

Thanks! I found their page too and noticed their prices were better than almost everywhere else I could find and they have the new models.
