Anyone notice the ice dam in Elk River? heard the water is getting pretty high by the 101 bridge, sounds like it good get nasty if it all lets go at once.

I drove from ER to Anoka yesterday and the river is clear from the parrish ave bridge in downtown ER but the ice is amounting around the 101 bridge and S.  the river is certainly up...I am more curious about the ice jam they are saying is just north of Lake Orono on the Elk River.  My taxidermist lives in that area and I sure hope he aint getting flooded as I am sure that would set back my mount delivery date!!!  HAHA selfish thoughts by me...

Interesting, didn't know there was one there, might get interesting with all the rain we had yesterday.
