hello,

I'm headed to a lake in the area on Friday morning and was looking to pick up bait on the way down to ensure its fresh until I hit the lake.  I'm wondering if anyone knows of a reliable bait store in the Mankato area that I can stop at on my way through.  I'm hoping they will be open by 6am as that is approximately when i'll be driving through the area.  I tried googling this and some of the returns were inaccurate or the places didn't have a website to check out.  Thanks for your help.

I don't know if you would consider Shieldsville "on your way" but Lake Country opens each day at 5 AM.
