Chisago area minnow/leech trapping

Hi,does anybody know of an public small ponds/creeks that hold good numbers of minnows/leeches for trapping?Anything would be nice,Thanks

I forget the rules for public right of way and ditches, so youll have to do a little research. But - Pioneer lake. Now if you are looking for large shiners, gitmo couldnt extract that information from me hehe.
