I know that we all have been patiently ( slightly impatient ) for fishable ice. It sounds like Mother Nature is finally ready to stop making us suffer. But with that said I Hope that we all are diligent in our continued Ice Safety. We as a fishing community would hate to hear of anyone drowning because they let their need to fish cloud their judgement as far as Ice Conditions go. Be Smart , Stay Safe and Fish well my friends.  Mike

I had a long conversation with my Buddy in the Longville area today and he said most of the lakes in the area are still wide open. Doesn't look good for a while. I will keep you posted as I find out more. Stay safe my Friends
