Building a 8x12 permanent fish house

I'm starting tomorrow on a new 8x12 fish house. Looking for ideas on floor plan for placement of the holes. Thinking of rectangular holes on the ends going 32"x12" so I can drill two holes in it so that would give me 4 holes on each end with plenty of room in the middle with a walk in door on the side not end. Going with 2x2 walls with spray foam insulation and wrapping outside with .040 aluminum with a rubber roof. Any other ideas would be helpful.

I went with round holes just slightly larger than a plastic pail . I cut the bottom out of the pail and slide it down to the ice, it cut a gasket out of felt ( carpet would work ) that goes over the top of the pail and lays on the floor of the house . This seals out the cold air and makes a big difference . I tend to jack my shack up and put it blocks to prevent freeze in from slush , this leaves a big air space underneath so the pails help big time . I also did all 4 corners but find we only use the 2 front holes . 8x5 shack
